5-WEEK PROGRAM TO DEVELOP EFFECTIVE SKILLS FOR MANAGING YOUR STRESS & ANXIETY

Starts Tues May 04: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm EST.

Are you struggling with anxiety and overwhelm? Feeling disconnected? We all have some undercurrent of fear running through our daily lives. The stories we tell ourselves determine how we limit ourselves and if we heal. This program will help you understand yourself better.

Who this course is for:
Women who feel plagued by stress, fear or anxiety, struggling with finding calm and peace, feeling disconnected, longing to live their truth and experience freedom.

What you’ll learn:
How to meet challenges with courage, wisdom and self-compassion, understand why trying to avoid stress, fear and anxiety does not work, see how your anxiety and stress lead to compulsive behaviours, make more conscious choices in pressured situations.

You will learn valuable mindfulness skills to help you manage those difficult emotions and thoughts. You will lean into your reliable inner resources of safety, strength and connection. Drawing on these resources, you can stay present when stress arises and meet the situation bravely, wisely, with interest and care. You learn to respond, rather than react.

Build your resilience and presence which are important for operating in the world we now live in. Mindfulness strategies for relaxation, calm, improved sleep and peace. Find calm while you discover this safe space with other soul-sisters, reconnecting with your mind, body and spirit.

4-HOUR SILENT RETREAT TO DEEPEN YOUR MINDFULNESS PRACTICE


Share your time with other like-minded soul sisters just like you.

Rediscover yourself while I guide you through a series of mindful movements and sitting meditations with an opportunity to reflect upon and share the experience with a fellow participant at the end.


Silent retreats provide restorative effects and enhances your personal insight and self-knowledge.


Expand your understanding of mindfulness and experience the benefits of deep silent retreat practice:

  • Explore your inner landscape and reconnect with your essential nature

  • More gracefully handle challenges and inspire those around you

  • Return recharged, more at ease, and with new perspectives


Silent retreat are not appropriate for people new to meditation. There is some guidance and teachings; however, I will not teach you how to meditate.

If you are a beginner I suggest signing up for any of the other sessions or workshops
