This is a gentle, slow mindfulness movement practice. We flow through a sequence of movements and stretches while you breathe deeply and relax parts of your body. You can also do this practice when you are feeling tension or anxiety. As a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, I design and lead mental wellness and mindfulness programs for individuals and organizations, including the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), the University of Toronto, and the Federal Government.
