As a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor, I design and lead mental wellness and mindfulness programs for individuals and organizations, including the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), the University of Toronto, and the Federal Government.

I help individuals overcome anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and burnout to reclaim their energy, well-being, and joy. Through workshops, coaching, and personalized programs, I support healing and resilience for both individuals and groups across Toronto and Ontario.
