More About Me

Lynne Protain, MACP, RP, PCC, CPC, ELI-MP

Trauma and Couples Therapist
Registered Psychotherapist
Mental Wellness & Mindfulness Coach

If you are ready to turn your life around, I can help you begin the journey!

I am passionate about supporting people who are dealing with trauma, abuse, PTSD, C-PTSD, chronic illness and pain, women’s health issues (incl. fertility issues and reproductive conditions), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, recovery from unhealthy and dysfunctional childhoods and dysfunctional family patterns.

I’ve struggled with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression and the many mental and physical impacts of chronic illness, chronic stress and C-PTSD. I learned through my own experiences that my mind, body and spirit are interconnected and all need to be nurtured.

For many years I worked in the corporate world, becoming burnt-out and overwhelmed after years of trying to balance my career, being a single mom and struggling with an auto-immune condition.

Having more than one auto-immune condition gives me a unique perspective and approach to the mind-body connection and how powerful that connection is. I also had to learn to disentangle and heal from unhealthy and dysfunctional family patterns. So I understand what you are going through!

My experiences and my thirst to learn and help others started my path to becoming a Certified Coach and Mindfulness instructor and ultimately also becoming a Psychotherapist.

Join me and together we will start your journey to peace of mind, happiness & better mental and overall health and well-being!

Hello…it’s so nice to meet you!
