The Live Well Guided Service is that – a guided service, lead by Holistic Wellness Coach & Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist – Karen Brar. She has designed and curated guided mini-wellness breaks specifically to incorporate into your day, to reduce stress, return the nervous system and balance the whole. The program delivers new, effective and easily accessible wellness-focused content, daily. So, whether you have a quiet moment in the morning to start the day off right, need a breather after a moment of stress during the day or want to wind down to support calm in the evening this program gives you access to the tools you need to live well, based on what works best for you. The content is refreshed weekly to help you truly integrate wellness into your life.

Think of the program as your personal, on-demand wellness coach. One new session is posted per day (Monday to Friday) that is 15 to 45 minutes in length and focused on helping you nourish your mind, body, emotions and senses. The daily sessions are live but don’t worry if you’re not able to attend; all the live sessions will be recorded and available for you to access when you have the time and space – so you can take it at the pace that feels right for you.


Beyond a group yoga class, this tailored service is designed to offer meaningful and useful practices to integrate into your DAILY life throughout the busy-ness of the day. By setting aside the time each day to commit to yourself, these fully guided practices and coaching sessions, lead by Karen – are meant to support you to be successful in creating the time for YOU. While also addressing the challenges we’re all facing, and feeling the support that you’re not alone. This collective community will come together to share in building new habits – together, facing the discomfort of change – together, and transforming beyond just a nourished body, but a nourished whole.



On the weekends is when we’ll come together to have some fun and connect with live wellness-focused workshops and guest sessions. After the end of a long week, our wellness guided services offer interesting and healthy ways to decompress and connect. Connect with the community and with me, and remind yourself that you’re not in this alone. Weekend downtime also affords us time to reflect; feel free to bring up questions or where challenges/opportunities live for you during the weekly coaching call.
