Are you struggling with anxiety and overwhelm? Feeling disconnected? We all have some undercurrent of fear running through our daily lives. The stories we tell ourselves determine how we limit ourselves and if we heal. This program will help you understand yourself better.
Who this course is for:
Women who feel plagued by stress, fear or anxiety, struggling with finding calm and peace, feeling disconnected, longing to live their truth and experience freedom.
What you’ll learn:
How to meet challenges with courage, wisdom and self-compassion, understand why trying to avoid stress, fear and anxiety does not work, see how your anxiety and stress lead to compulsive behaviours, make more conscious choices in pressured situations.
You will learn valuable mindfulness skills to help you manage those difficult emotions and thoughts. You will lean into your reliable inner resources of safety, strength and connection. Who this course is for:
Any student who would like support with reducing stress and anxiety, create calm & relaxation, boost your attention, focus and concentration.
What you’ll learn:
A new way of coping with stress, anxiety, fear and procrastination. Mindfulness skills to help you manage your life. Tap into your strength and inner resources.
Mindfulness strategies support improved sleep patterns, reduce the impact of stress on you, and can help improve your relationship with yourself and others.
We will explore a range of practices including breathing practices, gentle movement, discussion and more in a safe space with other students who are also going through the same thing.

Heart-centered practices have also been shown to increase positive emotions such as love, joy, gratitude, contentment and hope.
I will guide you in a heart-centered practice and a journaling reflection about your experience to help you imagine how you might integrate this practice into your life.

This 8-week psycho-educational group program helps to develop your capacity for greater calm and teaches you practical skills to manage stress.
The majority of MBSR program participants report lasting decreases in psychological and physical symptoms which are exacerbated by chronic stress. Research has demonstrated improved behavioural outcomes including better sleep, lower blood pressure, and fewer worries.
You will learn to develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological conditions.

This workshop addresses current neuroscience research related to understand and reduce chronic pain. You will learn breath-work, gentle movement and mindfulness meditation practices to reduce pain and cope more effectively with any remaining pain.
