Walk & Talk therapy incorporates therapeutic connection with walking in nature. Walk & Talk therapy helps to energize the physical body as we explore the mental space, improving nervous system function and emotional regulation. 

Having regular access to the outdoors has been proven to decrease feelings of isolation and improve self-awareness and consciousness. 

This form of therapy is offered at my discretion and is dependent on factors such as weather and other possible conditions. The paths used will be discussed with the client. While the intent is to be on a quiet path, I cannot guarantee complete privacy, however I will conduct sessions as confidentially as possible.

Some things for you to consider for Walk & Talk therapy: 

  • Full and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed with this form of therapy. There is a possibility that other people may hear parts ofour conversation.  

  • This form of therapy may involve mildly strenuous physical activity including, but not limited to, cardiovascular activity. 

  • It is important that you are in enough physical condition and do not suffer from any known disability or condition which would prevent or limit your participation in this form of therapy.
