What EXACTLY is Coaching?
An effective coach helps you unlock your potential and empowers you to be your absolute best. They help you create lasting, meaningful change. They help you set goals and discover paths to achieve them, providing structure for decision-making so you can focus on pursuing your vision.
They support you to stay on track by providing encouragement, honest critique, and keep you accountable to the steps you need to take so you attain your goals (personal and professional). They support and guide you through the struggles and victories leading to exponential improvement in your life and all that you choose to improve. With tools acquired from coaches, individuals face the future empowered and confident to do what's necessary to make their dreams come true.
Do you only work with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, chronic illness and chronic pain?
I work mainly with people who struggle with these conditions, however many others can gain insight and benefits and be supported by Coaching and Mindfulness. Anyone is free to register. I also work with Organizations who would like Customized Group Coaching and Workshops for their Leadership Teams.

Should I consider taking one of your MINDFULNESS programs or do 1-on-1 Coaching?

I see a therapist or a counsellor. Do I really need this?
Yes! Definitely! I think that each and everyone of us needs coaching and I also believe strongly in the impact of mindfulness, especially with the world we live in now.
Therapists and counsellors traditionally focus on your history. They focus on past traumas and issues to change self-destructive habits, repair and improve relationships and work through painful feelings. In this sense, therapy focuses on the past and on introspection and analysis.
An effective Coach sets clients up with a process, helping the client to clarify goals, identifying obstacles to create action plans to achieve desired results. The process of coaching takes the client’s current starting point as an acceptable neutral ground and is more action-based from that point onward.
IS THERE A REFUND POLICY?
There is no refund policy on one-module workshops. Multi-module workshops have money-back guarantees within 14 days of purchase. You must show your work from the first two modules. If you feel absolutely certain after doing the first two modules that this course isn’t for you, we’ll refund you. I do not however, provide refunds for people who simply change their minds or who haven’t completed the work required.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO INVEST TO SEE CHANGES IN MY LIFE?

Bottom line: the more you put into it, the more you get out of it. That is what is most important.
