👥 Closed, confidential small group support circle limited to carefully chosen participants to ensure deep trust and safety = no drop-ins, no recordings
💲 $350 flat fee for the full 5-week circle

You don’t have to carry it all.
If you’ve been feeling dread, guilt, sadness, or emotional pressure as Mother’s Day, Father’s and as summer approaches - or if interactions with your parent leave you feeling small, responsible, or emotionally depleted - you are not alone.
This is a Healing Circle for the invisible daughters - the ones who kept the peace, held the weight, and stayed quiet to protect the connection.
Even when it hurt.
Even when it cost them something.
This 5-week Healing Circle is for women processing the emotional impact of unavailable, self-involved, or emotionally immature parents - especially during seasons when “family” is supposed to feel close, but doesn’t.
Whether you're just beginning to name your experience or have been walking this path for a while, this group offers space to pause, reconnect, and begin the journey back to yourself. 🌿
✨ Session Experience
Each week, you’ll step into a warm, non-judgemental, supportive space. 💗
You can expect:
Grounding Beginnings: We open with a gentle somatic or mindfulness practice - hands-on, breath-focused, and designed to help you arrive in your body with ease.
Compassionate Sharing: A safe space to speak - or simply listen - where every voice is honoured.
Deep Witnessing: Through mindful check-ins and reflective prompts, you’ll both offer and receive the gift of being truly seen.
Heart-Centered Boundaries: Guided exercises to name and honour your needs with kindness, clarity and warmth.
Soothing Integration: Brief closing reflections and simple take-home practices to anchor your learning.

No - this circle meets you exactly where you are. You’ll receive gentle guidance and simple practices suitable for all levels.

The group is closed and confidential, so we do not record. We don’t take formal notes for absentees, but I’ll share weekly insights and reflections to keep you connected - either posted on a program page or sent directly via email.

Everything shared stays within the group. We begin with a shared agreement to honour each person’s privacy.

How do I pay?
Once you register, you’ll receive an email with a secure payment link. Payment is processed through Jane, our therapy platform, and receipts are issued for insurance purposes. -
Your registration secures your place in a closed, cumulative 5-session therapy group.
Due to the nature of this group, where each member's consistent participation is vital, no refunds will be issued once registration is complete, regardless of attendance.
By registering, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. -
You only need a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and something to write with.
A journal or notebook is helpful but optional - bring whatever feels comfortable.

You’ll receive the Zoom link and session details by email 24 hours before each gathering, plus a reminder beforehand.

You’re free to mute your mic or turn off your camera to take care of yourself. If you need extra support, you can send me a private chat message during the session.

If you arrive late to register, you can join the waitlist.
Any open spots are offered first to waitlisted participants up to 48 hours before the first session.

To maintain trust and confidentiality, each participant joins individually.
If your friend is interested, please have them register separately.

Any weekly insights or reflection prompts will remain posted on the program page or sent by email for the duration of the circle and for one week after our final session.
