You don’t have to carry it all.
If you’ve been feeling dread, guilt, sadness, or emotional pressure as Mother’s Day, Father’s and as summer approaches - or if interactions with your parent leave you feeling small, responsible, or emotionally depleted - you are not alone.
This is a Healing Circle for the invisible daughters - the ones who kept the peace, held the weight, and stayed quiet to protect the connection.
Even when it hurt.
Even when it cost them something.
Over five weeks, we’ll gather in a space designed for women navigating the emotional impact of unavailable, self-involved, or emotionally neglectful parents - especially in seasons when “family” is supposed to feel close, but doesn’t.
This circle is for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves — and not feel so alone in the process.🌿

This Healing Circle may be a fit if you:
Are an adult daughter navigating a painful, confusing, or emotionally distant relationship with a parent
Often feel dread, guilt, or pressure around family events like Mother's Day, Father's Day, or summer gatherings
Grew up holding emotional weight - keeping the peace, staying quiet, or taking on more than your share
Are seeking space to explore your experience without judgment or pressure to explain
Long for connection that feels grounded, honest, and emotionally safe
Are open to gentle reflection, mindfulness, and the healing power of being seen and heard
You don’t need to have all the answers - just a willingness to show up, reflect, and begin.
🪷 What to Expect Each Week 🪷
Each session offers a warm, supportive space where you can speak - or simply listen. No pressure, no performance.
You can expect:
Grounding Arrival - Gentle somatic or mindfulness practices to help you land in your body with ease
Compassionate Sharing & Deep Witnessing - A space to be heard or held in quiet presence, with thoughtful prompts to support reflection
Heart-Centred Boundaries - Kind and clear exercises to name what you need and honour your limits
Soothing Closure - Brief reflections and take-home practices to anchor the work into daily life

Every path is different - but many participants begin to notice real, internal movement like:
Feeling more grounded in their truth, even when others don’t understand
Letting go of old guilt or self-blame that no longer belongs to them
Finding clearer words for what once felt confusing or invisible
Naming what they need - without apology
Feeling seen in ways they’ve longed for, and didn’t always know were possible
Recognizing they’re not alone in the patterns they’ve carried
This group doesn’t promise quick fixes - but it does offer real space for clarity, connection, and emotional growth.

🛡️ Closed, confidential small group support circle limited to carefully chosen participants to ensure deep trust and safety = no drop-ins, no recordings
💲 $350 flat fee for the full 5-week circle

No - this circle meets you exactly where you are. You’ll receive gentle guidance and simple practices suitable for all levels.

Everything shared stays within the group. We begin with a shared agreement to honour each person’s privacy.

You only need a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and something to write with.
A journal or notebook is helpful but optional - bring whatever feels comfortable.

You’ll receive the Zoom link and session details by email before each gathering. If a course page is created for easier access, you’ll be given login instructions ahead of time. Either way, you’ll have what you need well before we begin.

You’re free to mute your mic or turn off your camera to take care of yourself. If you need extra support, you can send me a private chat message during the session.

The group is closed and confidential, so we do not record. We don’t take formal notes for absentees, but I’ll share weekly insights and reflections to keep you connected - either posted on a program page or sent directly via email.

After you're approved, you'll receive a secure payment link via email. Payment is processed through Stripe, and you'll receive weekly receipts that can be submitted for insurance reimbursement.

Your registration secures your place in a closed, cumulative 5-session therapy group.
Due to the nature of this group, where each member's consistent participation is vital, no refunds will be issued once registration is complete, regardless of attendance. Exceptions may be considered in rare, verifiable emergencies, at the therapist’s discretion.
By registering, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms. -
If you arrive late to register, you can join the waitlist.
Any open spots are offered first to waitlisted participants up to 48 hours before the first session.

To maintain trust and confidentiality, each participant joins individually.
If your friend is interested, please have them register separately.

Any weekly insights or reflection prompts will remain posted on the program page or sent by email for the duration of the circle and for one week after our final session.
