I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), an Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am also a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator and a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor.

I have partnered with organizations to help improve team dynamics and empower leadership skills at every level by implementing a deep, transformative process to help shift levels of consciousness and leadership ability.

My vision is to see an engaged, energized, inspired workforce that is resilient and flexible and does not just take action, but WANTS to take action. I support organizations as a “Thought partner” helping them build intrapreneurial and team-oriented cultures based on positive workforce relationships.

I have worked with various businesses and Corporations leading the installation of comprehensive development programs, national best practices, strategic planning and process improvement.

I am also a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator & a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Instructor.

In addition to developing and running Mental Wellness, Stress-Management and Mindfulness programs for various organizations, including the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) and the University of Toronto, I also teach mindfulness as a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) instructor for individuals & organizations. I also provide coaching to the University of Toronto staff, including BIPOC staff - facilitating individual sessions.

I also create & facilitate Mental Wellness workshops and programs for individuals and groups (U of T, TDSB, Federal Government, etc).

Programs help with anxiety, depression & chronic illness to get their lives back, improve their well-being & energy, find peace and joy.
